Originally from Durban, South Africa Allison has been in the recruitment industry for nearly 25 years, having started her career as an Executive Assistant to the Sales Director in an IT recruitment business.
Allison has spent a considerable part of her career in large publicly listed staffing businesses managing the company's global legal, operations and compliance functions with specific specialist knowledge in contract business.
Allison has led complex change programs involving company restructures, deployment of new client accounts, implementations of new legislation and the development and maintenance of BSI accredited quality management systems. The implementation of the Conduct Regulations, Agency Workers Regulations, Off Payroll working rules (IR35), GDPR and the Pandemic practice and policy are just a few projects Allison has spear headed.
With her passion for continued development in her career and using her deep expertise in contracting, Allison has taken a different focus to her career and is proud to be providing leadership to the UK business' first organic brand, Butler, Bridge & May. Allison is looking forward to providing our clients with the service excellence they have become accustomed to throughout the rest of the Group.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her two young children. She enjoys the theatre and loves tennis, Pilates, running and spending time socialising with her friends.
