After an early career at the Observer Newspaper. Simon joined The JM Group as the 3rd founding partner. Subsequently, he has gained a wealth of business and recruitment experience across numerous sectors, most notably Technology and Business Change in the Financial Services sector. Information Mgmt. Information Security, Big Data, Data Analytics, E-Commerce, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure engineering, and renewal are all areas of expertise and interest.
Currently working across Disruptive Banking plays, the London Insurance Market, Investment Management, and on the evolution of The JM Group capabilities as part of Staffing 360 Solutions. Other commercial interests include Recreational Scuba (Pro Dive International) E-Discovery and Forensics (Nuix) and Digital Transformation (DMI International). Out-of-the-office family, dogs, Sailboat Racing, and Scuba are the focus.
